At Awaha, we take pride in delivering high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or unused and in its original packaging. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support at support@awaha.in or reach out via WhatsApp with your order details and a brief explanation of the issue.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where applicable. After the product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
In cases where an item needs to be exchanged due to size, product issue, or flavor concerns, we will do our best to replace it subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, you may opt for store credit or a full refund.
Please note that items purchased on sale, opened personal care products, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or incorrect. All returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
